Activities around the farmhouse

L'Alzina de Merola is dedicated to the world of wine tourism, nature and sport.

We propose a series of activities, some that you can do independently and others that are workshops or guided tours. The latter are designed for groups of approximately ten people, have a separate cost from the accommodation and must be requested in advance.

Visits and excursions

The location of Alzina de Merola is ideal for excursions and visits of great touristic and cultural interest in the lower and upper Berguedà.

• Skiing: four slopes less than an hour away (Rasos de Peguera at 40 km, La Masella at 67 km, Port del Compte at 68 km, La Molina at 75 km)
• High mountain walks: Cadí Moixeró Natural Park (Bagà 35 km), Pedraforca Massif (Saldes 55 km).
• MTB routes: we are on the Pedals de Ferro del Berguedà route, and we can also point you to many other alternatives.
• Water sports: Pantà de la Baells at 29 km
• Nearby points of interest: Llobregat River Park, Sant Cugat del Racó, Castelladral, Queralt Sanctuary, Fonts del Llobregat, Park d'Artigues in La Pobla de Lillet, Museum of the Carbon Mines in Cercs, Riera de Merlès.
